While we are on 'a' strange route, we may ask ourselves, is this the right path to the location, is this the fastest route there is? Or maybe we will ask, will there be obstacles using this route such as toll or traffic jam..... Many many doubtful questions.. So do i constantly ask myself..
I had been asking myself, with the car equipped to be only capable on this special route, it seems i have to choose this direction. Without money for a stronger vehicles,i m left with this darn path......
This path, is a very straight route and well maintained, and the name of the highway too, is very prestigious. All in all, its good for people who desire to reach at destinations which this road can bring you to.... But I have a direction that cant be reached thru driving consistently here... i will need to take a de tour somewhere in the future... predicting that such detour will eat into the time needed to reach my location.
Of coz there's only few options left..
to stay the course and drive at the most efficient and fastest speed, so that when its time to detour, i could bring along my driving skill and also such detour can be rebated by the time saved thru driving faster at the lane.
to do trailblazing.. since i donot have the vehicle needed for my direction, probably, i shud do a direct routing, by creating a new direct route... That, for one is risky , and to do such thing when u have a vehicle for the prestigious lane, to some is foolish.
to stay the course by day and to change my direction by night and by weekend, deeply affecting my day performance and my mental strength to continue on..
Dilemma .

Just When You Stop Chasing
Its sad.. after much work in applying jobs with many companies... only few responded. So when it came to me on the same day i was offered 2 jobs at prominent companies, i was very excited, and thinking hard about the choice to take.
However, today , when things had set and i had made up my mind to go "that" company... I got a call from the company which i had first applied for. Thinking that there s no hope due to the imperfect resume i sent in, i had moved on long ago... that was sent 1.5 months back... Heck, it calls me today ...
Sad.. because the company was somehow my priority choice, and it was a lil dazzling and i felt very honored to be called to go for an interview.. well too late.. i also do not wanna build my reputation as a frog even before i join a single company.. So i rejected it.. well life goes on.

Am I angel ? am i evil?
There is one pathetic angel or evil apps in facebook, which determines whether how evil or angel u are by just a click of an interactive button. it then generates a "very" accurate result whether u are a damn evil or pure angel.. well im intrigued by the attention given to it, somehow modern sapiens becoming more and more engrossed with mind numbing activities.
anyway, to join in the "fun" i tot maybe i would want to "participate" but at the same time "brush" up my excel formulas.. anyway, not really brushin up.. cos its a lil to simplified, not that i am intelligent, just wondering such basic apps which can be created by layman such as me also can gain so much attention from around the globe. By the way, from this thing i learn the usefulness of google doc , damn chun.
Aiseh, i can only project the spreadsheet here, if wanna interact with it, either u download my excel file or u wait till i finish studying vba ok ?
u can play my excel by keep clicking on the black area, same as the way u click the meter in facebook apps of ANGEL EVIL....

Turn off his water Tap la! Sure work one...
“Little do the people know that what the opposition government is giving comes from the Barisan Nasional Federal government,” he claimed when debating the president’s policy speech at the Umno General Assembly here on Friday.
Some uneducated Selangor UMNO delegate arguing over the fact that the aid given by Pakatan to rakyat was suppose to be from BN. i disagree
I have 3 big contention here.
Firstly, money from federal government is not BN's money. It is the money of rakyat and due to the confidence of the rakyat, BN is given the power to allocate fairly to the states in Malaysia. It is never the money of BN, unless it had been a practice that the money of Federal Gov is equal to BN's one, which could be interchange from treasury to pocket, hence such mentality arises. If there is no such practice in BN, then Selangor delegate Abdul Shukur Idrus should just keep quiet and do some study regarding the issue.
Secondly, the ppol had given Pakatan the mandate to rule and to allocate the fund, hence It is total bullshit to suggest that Federal shud turn off the tap of cash, which by the way , Selangor government should have accordingly , based on State - Federal relationship. Turning off the cash is like both Pakatan and BN is water distributor, and the Selangor ppol voted Pakatan in hope that he can distribute the water fairly and have changes. But BN think of dirty tactic, turn off the water, so Selangor cant distribute fairly and create shortages, thus creating disgruntled Rakyat that dont have enuff water, and blaming it on pakatan. Democracy at all time low. Or i shud say, Democracy is ALWAYS LOW
Thirdly, if they have such concern over the welfare of the citizen, they shud have engaged in such contribution long ago, for the past 50+ years... Y now???
Sadly, in Malaysia logic and rules of democracy dont work very well. The govement is always right and the rakyat always give BN the mandate to rule. Example, in Terrenganu oil royalty money is always channelled to rakyat thru State government. However, because of PAS winning the state back then, the government use direct federal chanelling instead of the state gov. Well, and such act was rewearded by strong mandate to BN in the next election. Well, sometimes injustice is accepted by the rakyat.....

The Birth of Internet; A blessing or a bane?
That was one of the very interesting question raised by my Operation Research professor. I told him that it has pros and cons. He just lol, and say yeah, well we are in game theory class, every issue have winning feature and losing factor. By the way game theory is a decision making methodology in operation management, its not about video games.
That very question lingers in me for a very long time. Sometimes I m glad seeing ppol added value to themselves through the technology of internet. I had also seen many ppol wasting their precious time planting plants, taking care of restaurant, reading walls, playing ninja mobwar etc etc whole day long as though its an addiction. Its sad to see internet is not fully utilised for the good of himself/herself. I am not against facebooking, youtubing, googling. However, do it in moderation n not all the time. Time dont wait. blink of an eye, my sis daughter is about one year old... Blink of an eye we will grow old, what had we done to make full use of our time.. ? Facebooking and farming out billions of $$ in facebook apps? I also do all of these, but i dont do it because i need to, but for leisure n small fraction of my time...
Back to the question... I believe the birth of internet, being a blessing or a bane, really depends on microlevel; individuals, and at the same time culture.
Individuals
An individual can be very successful through partial support from the internet. Such as people who learns a great deal from tutorial, youtube helps, diy , information n knowledge, ideas and innovation, making money thru them, and put full use into their life. Of coz there are also great deal of individuals failed to make full use of their prime time, wasting it all by engrossing in those narrow minded non informational games and internet.
In macrolevel, i can definitely say that as of the trend today, in Malaysia, internet is a curse to majority of the citizen. Why? They do not make full use of it... only narrow mindedly utilising it for entertainment after work , or worse during work. If the trend remains, the competitiveness of Malaysian will lack behind other cultures, rendering us becoming non- valuable workforce, unable to stay competitive because of the education system in Malaysia and also the utilisation of their time to gain value.
I had been to US forums, i m not the type who idolises any culture or men, but i m perplexed, by their enthusiasm/hobbies in increasing their knowledge and their understanding.. etc. There are ppol in US who build rocket as hobbies, and they learn more physics in forums than in ur physic classes. There are also groups of engineers who spend their time forumming and building DIY compressors, programmings that serve a purpose. small sect of LYN had some form of good headings i believe n hope..
As a conclusion, i am not generalising every malaysian, i pointed out the microlevel and macrolevel point of view. It is when the summation of individuals in malaysia point towards the bad side of internet than to the good. i hope that somebody n many ppol can prove me wrong about our internet culture in Msia. By the way The song i am attaching speaks to many of us in our prime time; 100 years
He had been wasting his precious time in 15 as though u can buy time again. During 22-45 he was too busy organizing his busy life and family to cared of, he loss track of time. By 45, he began to realise, however its difficult to gain time back, most likely he s in depression(mid life crisis). Hop Hop blink blink 67 ad, the man grown in wisdom and wiser, however time flies. Another instant hes 99, just waiting to die, he was advising the 15 years old that still have precious time, that instead of losing those time, choose to use ur time wisely.. If not will regret... Catch those word reflect on our life behind, now and future, u will think twice. By the way, how many ppol got 100 years to live by ? so start maybe the numeral number in lyric must alter abit to what u think u have... cold hard fact, not being cynical.

Working Dreams out
Christopher Gardner: Hey. Don't ever let somebody tell you... You can't do something. Not even me. All right?
Christopher: All right.
Christopher Gardner: You got a dream... You gotta protect it. People can't do somethin' themselves, they wanna tell you you can't do it. If you want somethin', go get it. Period.
My motto
Excellence – to deal with everyday life activity with excellence
Inspiration – to have innovative thoughts to deal and handle every circumstances, regardless whether the circumstances is good or bad, strive for best outcome
Aspiration – Ambitiously gazing, aggressively gaining ground towards ultimate goal. Do the right thing, not do the thing right.
I m determined, to stay the course even when pails and pails of cold water pour onto my head by people around me. I must not deviate from the path i had set.

Malaysia, Rising to Fame in CNN

Malaysia was up in the front page of CNN website front cover, but all for the wrong reason. It highlighted the case of a Muslim woman, who would be the FIRST woman in SOUTHEAST ASIA to be caned for alcohol consumption.
Its another of our record breaking event, overtaking our "successful" project of sending our prominent and competent angkasawan aka space tourist to do some essential research and experiments, but up to today nothing was published yet...
Im wondering if the recent case of a 25 yr old police constable would be charged under sharia law for being in a "compromised position" with his girlfriend, when his ex wife broke into the house and splash acid. Under Sharia law he suppose to be having khalwat with the girlfriend, even if its only being alone with her w/o supervision.... but in compromised position?? heheh Lets see whether the title of "police constable" can saved him .
Facing Interrogation. 101 Tips in 3rd world countries
Facing interrogation
Tips for survival
Heheh i found this when reading people's comment
Before being arrested, dont bother arranging for a lawyer. Since most often than not, 3rd world country authorities do not allow the presence of lawyer during interrogation as it "would affect the interrogation process" especially in political cases.. But one thing can help you survive the ordeal.
Remember to strap yourself with parachute bag, u never know.. even witness of cases might need it too. Just in case.

Moments
Some momentS were precious while some were dreadful.
I wanna note done whatever picture memories i had kept in my brain in details for now.. just afraid they would come a time all these are gone.
Precious moment when i was specially tagged as competent fighter after "mistakenly" almost KOed an opponent. The new specially chosen opponent was huge 1.6-1.7 of my size.
Dreadful moment when faced with opponent that very much swifter than myself, when i rely on swiftness as my competitive advantage.
Precious moment when chosen to be part of school's Maths and IQ qualification round.
Precious moment when being entrusted with high expectation and being very much appreciated and awarded for both my martial art prowess as well as in academic. Those were the moments that i had the images still stored in my head.
Precious moment captured even at the age of 5, picture of myself being satisfied because i understood how to read an analog clock taught by my teacher.
Weird moments when i find myself always alone and without friendship interaction when i waited for my kindergarten bus daily.
Embarrassing moments when "the girl" approach me for chats in my kindergarten class. She was also my dancing partner in performance. Was really freaking me out, must be blushing all the way.
Precious moments when i kept memory pictures of me playing alone with myself in the kindergarten class. Pictures of me rolling up plasticin into a spherical ball and cut it into pieces and reroll again, all by myself haha.
Scary moment as i enter my kindergarten bus and was wondering what i forgot to bring... it was always the plastic pencilbox. Was so fearful that my teacher will skew or whack me ... will have high level of adreline , just like when faced with enemies. Teacher didnt whack me though.
Dreadful moment when, knowingly gangs of enemies were waiting for me to settle our issue in padang, yet i stupidily went.
Precious moment when Yong woi was there with me throughout, not sure whether he helped or not as i was "busy"
Regretful memories when thoughts of how i let my Sir down again n again.
Shocked moments when however swift my feet shuffling is, i was still being hit in the neck during sparing.
Depressing moment when you knew very well you fell into a trap ppol set for you to gain from your downfall, and have to pay the price.
Precious moments when you knew that you can always run around till late evening and play all you want, the very next day there is no consequences. Kindergarten and primary school.
Mentally exhausted moment when you have to face harsh disciplinary punishment because i failed to do my large amount of assignments in primary skool.
Awkward moments when i hate to have starting conversation with acquaintances.

Robbed in Bangsar Shopping Complex BSC
Dinner in Chilli's and Grill bar, 3 person in a crowded restaurant sitting down also can get robbed and nobody offered any meaningful help. Wou! robbery within perimeter of the complex. Cool ,Malaysia boleh
"By Siti Zubaidah Abdullah Bernama - Saturday, August 22
KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 21 (Bernama) –- A quiet night out among three friends at a restaurant in a shopping centre here last Sunday night turned into a traumatic experience for all of them.

Katrina Danielle, 25, an intern with an international organisation in the capital, was having dinner with a couple from Australia at the Chilis Grill and Bar Restaurant in the Bangsar Shopping Complex (BSC) when five men who were drinking at the next table attacked and robbed them, hitting their male friend at the back of his head with a steel chair, splashing beer at the girls and sprinting away with their handbags.
"It is a miracle Paul was not killed. The leg of the chair was bent from the impact. It was distressing that the incident took place without any quick action or intervention by the Chilis staff and the other diners in the crowded restaurant," she told Bernama in an interview.
"I'm angry that no one from the shopping complex or restaurant came to our aid immediately. They were slow to act," said Katrina, who made a report and gave a statement at the Brickfields police station the following day.
"I cannot believe that something like this can happen there...I will never go back to that restaurant again," added Katrina.

She claimed that the management of the shopping complex as well as the restaurant did not want to take any responsibility for the lapse in security and pointed fingers at each other.
The BSC management were quick to claim they had asked the Chilis management to beef up security before, while the people at Chilis suggested that BSC should be asked to do something.
To add insult to injury, the restaurant offered meal coupons to the three friends, as if money and such material benefit can just wipe out the nasty experience, without anyone taking responsibility and with no specific action to prevent a recurrence.
Katrina, who had just returned from abroad four months ago, said the traumatic incident also left a bad impression on her friends who were visiting Malaysia for the first time.
"We were eating and chatting in the open area of the restaurant for about 20 minutes and suddenly this happened," said Katrina, a resident of Bangsar, who added that she frequented the neighbourhood restaurant about twice a month previously.

Katrina hoped that the shopping complex would improve security and install CCTVs at strategic places, including the open area, to make it safer for patrons.
Apart from cash and other valuables, she also lost a photo which she kept in her purse of her late elder brother, who died tragically five years ago, and a thumb drive containing her research work.
She also hoped that the police would investigate the case thoroughly."

Reflow Process (purely personal archive)
- Presoak heat - 180 C for 2 min . dont exceed 5 C per sec
- Low T activator work prevent oxidation
- reflow dwell - 180-200C . Steady. make uniform temp on object
- medium T activator to clean solder and adjacent
- 50 secs
-Reflow zone - 180-200 upward to 217-260 C. melting pt of lead free solder.
- most component damage at 260C.
- 80 secs .
- Hi T activator for cleaning.
- solder work on its pad by its own surface tension(liquid form ad ma)
- plastic encapsule component to withstand this 260. will crack
plastic to relieved pressure.
- pressure related damage eg popcorn crack (crack beneath die, causing
electronic failure when moisture n contaminant entered into it.
- cooling - can be more rapid than presoak because no solvent left. but
precaution on the thermal expansitivity of the board instead.
Dewetting problem during reflow process
dewetting- unwanted process, destruct thin film.
Shifted ball & wrinkled bump defect
Solution
adding surfactants can have significant effect on the spreading coefficient. Decrease in surface tension, So S >0. wetting can occur
Increase wafer stop sensor sensitivity from 10 to 100, re-tighten conveyer motor delay ( Resp: Tay, Tan TP) INFINEON
